The Connection
The Case Manager 1 provides structure, case management, job development, and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community through a strengths-based and client-centered approach. This full-time role supports the rehabilitation and education of clients within a residential work release program focused on maintaining healthy recovery and securing employment. The position requires maintaining professional boundaries while working with individuals in recovery or those involved in the justice system.
The Connection is a statewide community-based human services agency in Connecticut that partners with individuals and families to provide resources addressing homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and community justice rehabilitation.
