The Connection
The Case Manager 1 provides structure, case management, and supervision to justice-involved men in a residential work release program to support their successful re-entry into the community. This full-time role utilizes a strengths-based approach to assist clients with rehabilitation, education, and job preparation under the supervision of the Department of Corrections. The position requires maintaining professional boundaries while working with individuals in recovery or those involved in the justice system.
