MiSide
MiSide is seeking a Case Manager-Adult to advocate for consumers in need of concrete services, including assistance with SSI, Medicaid, and other benefits. The role involves developing service plans, coordinating care with community providers, and monitoring consumer progress to enhance quality of life and prevent psychiatric hospitalization. This position requires professional independence under the supervision of the Director of Adult Outpatient Counseling.
