Case Manager Assistant Full Time 40 hours

The Discharge Planning Associate supports the Case Management department by acting as a communication link between hospital staff and outside providers and payers. The role involves completing authorization requests, notifying staff of delays or denials, and providing clerical support for tracking performance statistics. This position also serves as a liaison between Case Management, HIM, compliance, patient access, and financial services.
