Case Manager (Bilingual, Spanish preferred)

The Embracing Project is seeking a bilingual Case Manager to administer and develop case plans and treatment programs for youth survivors of violence, sexual exploitation, and trafficking. The role involves conducting meetings, providing progress notes, facilitating group and multidisciplinary sessions, and collaborating with families, community organizations, and government agencies.
