About this role

The Case Manager provides services in an outpatient mental health program focused on early psychosis intervention for young adults aged 14 to 34. They work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across several regions in Southeastern Ontario, delivering assessment, treatment, and psycho-education tailored to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
