Case Manager (Housing)

The Case Manager (Housing) provides trauma-informed, client-centered housing case management and navigation to individuals and families participating in Restorative Pathways housing programs. This role involves independently managing a caseload to help clients identify housing barriers, develop individualized goals, access resources, and achieve long-term housing stability. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with electronic case management systems, and the ability to collaborate with landlords, community partners, and internal teams.
