The Connection
The Connection is seeking a Case Manager / Job Developer to support women with mental health needs transitioning from incarceration back into the community through its new Women’s Bridge residential program. This full-time role utilizes a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to provide case management, job development, and supervision. The position focuses on helping residents build skills for recovery, employment, and successful community reintegration.
The Connection is a statewide community-based human services agency in Connecticut that partners with individuals and families to provide resources addressing homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and community justice rehabilitation. The organization offers a continuum of services spanning family and child welfare, young adult support, adult behavioral health and addiction services, and housing programs.
