About this role
The Case Manager provides high-quality case management support to young people and families with accompanying children who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness across Bass Coast and South Gippsland. This fixed-term part-time position (30.4 hours/week) is based in Leongatha, VIC and reports to the Client Services Coordinator. The role is within The Salvation Army’s homelessness services and focuses on supporting client wellbeing and access to community supports.
