Case Manager (Multilingual)

The Multilingual Case Manager supports refugee, asylum, and immigrant clients in resettling and integrating into their new community by providing resources and assistance to achieve self-sufficiency. This role involves maintaining case management, developing service plans, and connecting clients with community networks and support systems. The position requires fluency in both English and Ukrainian to ensure linguistically and culturally appropriate service delivery.
