Case Manager (Multilingual)

The Multilingual Case Manager supports refugee, asylum, and immigrant clients in resettling and integrating into their new community by providing resources and assistance to achieve self-sufficiency. The role involves maintaining case management, developing service plans, connecting clients with community networks, and providing in-home services including needs assessments and crisis support. The position requires fluency in both English and Ukrainian to ensure linguistically and culturally appropriate service delivery.
