Case Manager, Pipelines to Possibility

The Case Manager supports participants in the Pipelines to Possibility plumbing certification program, providing pre- and post-release case management to help them secure and maintain employment. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized development plans, and coordinating with various partners to remove barriers to successful reentry. The position requires flexibility to work across multiple sites and travel to support participants and employers.
