Opportunity Village
The Case Manager QIDP provides case management, support, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, acting as a liaison between clients, families, and support services. The role ensures individuals have choices in their services and work, while fostering a positive organizational culture focused on connection, enthusiasm, and development. This position involves developing person-centered plans, training team members, and maintaining compliance with safety and privacy regulations.
