About this role
The Hospice RN Case Manager serves as the case manager for the interdisciplinary team and is responsible for ensuring delivery of quality hospice nursing care to assigned patients. This community-based role is located in the Lowell and Lawrence, MA area and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend and holiday rotation; sign-on bonus offered.
