Case Manager - SAFE Navigation and Storage Center

The Case Manager provides housing-focused case management to individuals experiencing homelessness, conducting assessments, developing individualized housing plans, and connecting participants to benefits and supportive services using a trauma‑informed, housing‑first approach. The role also oversees an Operations Supervisor, ensures compliance with contract requirements, and collaborates with landlords and community partners to secure and sustain permanent housing placements.
