Case Manager / Safety Administrator

The Case Manager / Safety Administrator provides the administrative backbone of the site HSSE program at the Fermi Matador construction project and serves as the coordinator for work-related injury and illness cases. This dual role owns HSSE recordkeeping, document control, and training/certification tracking, and manages injury cases from first report through medical coordination, return-to-work, and case closure. Reporting to the Safety Manager, this detail-driven, site-based support role keeps the safety program organized, compliant, and responsive while protecting the confidentiality of sensitive information.
