About this role
The Tenancy Plus Case Manager delivers tenancy support to public and community housing tenants within Launch Housing’s north and inner/middle south catchments, working to prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies. This permanent part-time role is based in Collingwood and sits within the Foundational Support area of Launch Housing. The position focuses on outreach-based client engagement and case management to help clients maintain safe, appropriate and sustainable accommodation.
