Case Manager

Mission Australia is seeking two full-time Case Managers to lead a brand-new Supported Temporary Accommodation service in Coffs Harbour, focused on helping individuals experiencing homelessness achieve stable housing and long-term independence. Candidates will play a hands-on role in developing tailored support plans, providing advocacy and referrals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a transformative support model.
