Case Manager

The Case Manager provides addiction intervention, AODA counseling, and recovery support services to clients and their families, coordinating behavioral health, public agencies, and community resources to help individuals achieve service plan goals. The role involves intake, referrals, crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external partners within a correctional setting.
