Case Manager

The Case Manager with the Family Services team at Lutheran Community Services NW partners with children, youth, and families, particularly newly arrived refugee students, to support their educational success and self-sufficiency. This role involves maintaining case management, developing strengths-based service plans, and acting as a liaison between clients, schools, and community resources. The position requires providing direct support, tracking student progress, and ensuring culturally appropriate services in a trauma-informed manner.
