Case Manager

The Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact for TANF recipients, coordinating services to help them prepare for and obtain employment. This role involves monitoring participant engagement, developing individual responsibility plans, and ensuring compliance with work participation requirements. The position requires collaboration with external providers and internal teams to support customers through job readiness, placement, and retention.
