Case Manager

The Case Manager provides dependency case management services to families with verified abuse histories and open dependency cases, focusing on high-need youth in out-of-home care. The role involves coordinating care, engaging kin and fictive kin adults to increase protective capacities, and working to provide stable, safe homes for youth. This position requires managing crises, linking clients to service providers, writing court reports, testifying in court, and conducting face-to-face engagement with youth and families in the community.
