Case Manager

This role coordinates medical treatment for clients in litigation and negotiates post-settlement liens, including health insurance, hospital, and state and federal medical provider liens. The Case Manager works closely with attorneys to review medical records, prepare summaries, and manage client files while communicating with providers and creditors to resolve liens. The position also involves drafting reduction letters, closing documents, and assisting with trial preparation.
