Case Manager

This role involves the overall management and functioning of multiple case managers, including daily supervision, training, and evaluation of staff. The position also provides contracted case management services to a partial caseload for clients in Hennepin County. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, person-centered services while coordinating program services with the broader service system.
