Case Manager

This position provides case management and behavioral health services to inmates at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center to reduce recidivism. The role involves connecting inmates with community resources, creating comprehensive discharge and transition plans, and serving as a post-release contact for reintegration support. The position is subject to contract funding and requires in-person work at the facility.
