Case Manager

The position requires assessing patient charts to ensure compliance with admission and treatment criteria, gathering clinical and fiscal data, and communicating status updates for Utilization Review and Case Management reporting. The ideal candidate will coordinate discharge referrals and work independently using sound judgment regarding federal, state, and intermediary guidelines.
