Case Manager

The Case Manager manages a caseload of program participants receiving services from the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS). This role focuses on creating and implementing realistic employment goals through person-centered planning to promote meaningful community membership and competitive integrated employment. The position involves collaborating with program directors and instructors to build skills for community employment while facilitating discovery activities and securing job opportunities.
