Case Manager

EAC Network is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support Behavioral Health and Justice Involved Populations within the Brooklyn Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities Program. The role involves acting as a court liaison, conducting assessments, and managing a caseload of offenders to facilitate their placement into appropriate treatment modalities. The position requires providing cognitive behavioral interventions and coordinating HIV/Hepatitis testing and referrals.
