Case Manager

EAC Network is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide home-based crisis intervention and case management services for client families in the Alternatives for Youth Program. The role focuses on supporting children and youth populations, assisting families in crisis with issues such as substance abuse and mental illness, and helping them reach stability through intensive support and assessments.
