Case Manager

The Senate is seeking a dynamic individual to provide case management services to formerly homeless adults diagnosed with severe persistent mental illness, helping tenants maintain permanent housing and work towards their goals. The role involves coordinating with onsite medical and psychiatric providers, monitoring medications, and assisting clients with entitlements and building rules. This position requires a client-centered approach to support tenants in achieving short and long-term treatment objectives.
