Case Manager

Jericho Project is seeking a Case Manager to provide rapid re-housing services to veterans, young adults, and single adults in Manhattan. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 18-20 participants, conducting assessments, and developing housing stability plans to help individuals secure and maintain permanent housing. The position requires frequent face-to-face and electronic contact with clients, as well as collaboration with community resources and landlords to resolve housing crises.
