Case Manager

The Case Manager at Meridian Senior Living is responsible for overseeing record keeping, supervising care and nursing staff, and assisting with training and care plan coordination. This role focuses on helping residents achieve optimum social, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being while serving as a resource for residents and their families.
