Case Manager

EAC Network is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join its Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) program in the Bronx. This role focuses on supporting clients involved with the judicial system by providing screening, treatment planning, and case management services as an alternative to incarceration. The position involves acting as a liaison to the courts, monitoring client progress, and preparing reports for the criminal justice system.
