Case Manager

The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager to join its Homelessness Services team, providing person-centred and trauma-informed support to men experiencing homelessness at residential facilities. The role involves developing tailored case plans, advocating for client needs, and coordinating with external organisations to help residents secure stable housing and achieve greater independence. This fixed-term full-time position is based in Flagstaff, VIC, and reports to the Team Leader.
