Case Manager

The Case Manager supports families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, domestic violence, or other immediate safety concerns through Just Compassion’s Family Shelter Program. This position provides housing-focused case management, housing navigation, stabilization support, and resource coordination to help families secure and maintain permanent housing. The role utilizes a Housing First, low-barrier, harm reduction, trauma-informed, and participant-centered approach while collaborating with shelter staff, landlords, and community partners.
