Case Manager

Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management and support services to the Treatment Team, facilitating the clinical management of assigned cases. The role involves collaborating with therapists, doctors, and families to coordinate documentation, discharge planning, and therapeutic passes while ensuring residents' social, legal, and educational needs are met. The position requires maintaining a positive work environment, adhering to safety and confidentiality policies, and accurately completing client records. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Forrest City, Arkansas location.
