Case Manager

The Case Manager ensures compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards while coordinating with key stakeholders to meet overall milestones. This position supports employees throughout their medical leave and safe return to the workplace, serving as the primary liaison with outside healthcare providers to coordinate required paperwork. The role manages real-time tracking of employee status, provides regular check-ins, and ensures access to appropriate support and resources.
