Case Manager

The Case Manager collaborates across Oscar teams to deliver high-quality care and improve member health outcomes by educating members, evaluating Social Determinants of Health, and connecting individuals with community resources. This fully remote role involves coordinating care across various settings, assessing complex health challenges, and providing crisis intervention support to resolve barriers to care. The position requires active clinical licensure and experience in care coordination to drive better clinical outcomes for members.
