Case Manager

The Case Manager provides case management services to residents in the Emergency Housing/Shelter of St. Matthew’s House, assisting them in achieving self-sufficiency through advocacy, goal setting, and accessing community resources. The role involves working one-on-one with residents to develop and evaluate progress on individual case plans, while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with shelter guidelines. The position requires collaboration with residents, volunteers, and staff to support residents' transitions from crisis to contributor in a faith-based environment.
