Case Manager/Peer Support Specialist

Ideal Option is seeking a Case Manager/Peer Support Specialist to provide engagement and intensive case management services to individuals suspected of low-level drug offenses and/or prostitution in King County, Washington. The role involves direct field outreach, long-term engagement, and supportive services to help participants access housing, funding programs, and other community resources. This position plays a critical part in the LEAD Project's mission to reunite families and heal communities affected by substance use disorder.
