Case Planner

The Floating Case Planner supports case planners within the Division by assisting with day-to-day social services tasks and providing constructive services to children in foster care. The role involves connecting parents to services to address family challenges and assist with reunification, while also filling in for vacant positions or supporting colleagues with various family visit and safety coverage duties. This position plays a key role in improving the functioning and permanency of children and families within the child welfare system.
