The Case Remediation Lead sits within the Case Management and Remediation team in Workplace Relations and Compliance at the University of Sydney. The role supports the University’s staff remediation program by ensuring underpayment claims are assessed and resolved in line with policies, agreements and legislative requirements. It operates across faculties and business areas and partners with HR, Payroll, Legal and compliance stakeholders to support accurate and transparent staff outcomes.
