Case Worker-Foster Care & Adoption

This role involves providing assessment, planning, counseling, and advocacy services to birth families, resource parents, and children/youth in foster care and adoption programs. The position requires maintaining timely documentation, testifying at court hearings, and participating in peer reviews and training. The case worker will also establish collaborative relationships with the agency and community while ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met.
