About this role
Provides case management, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and outreach services to adults with serious long-term mental illness under the supervision of the Program Manager or Team Leader. The role collaborates with psychiatric and allied mental health teams for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning and includes delivering substance abuse treatment in accordance with ICRC standards. Work is performed across Pawtucket and Johnston offices and in community and home settings.
