About this role
Provides case management, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and outreach services to adults with serious long-term mental illness across home, office, and community settings. Works under the supervision of a Program Manager or Team Leader and collaborates with psychiatric and allied mental health teams. Conducts substance abuse treatment following ICRC core functions and supports clients in accessing resources and services.
