Case Worker

The Case Worker provides intensive case management and social services to children, foster care families, and birth families within the Buffalo Urban League Foster Care & Adoption program. The role focuses on supporting reunification efforts, coordinating service plans, and ensuring the well-being of children through direct counseling, home visits, and crisis intervention.
