About this role
The Casework Supervisor supports the IRC’s Asylum Seeker Program in New York, overseeing case management services delivered to asylum seekers and recently arrived migrants. The role supervises client-facing staff and manages program quality, contract compliance, and reporting for the Assistance for Migrants Program (AMP). The supervisor ensures timely service delivery and coordination with internal teams and external partners, and reports to the Senior Manager, Asylum Seeker Programming.
