About this role
The Caseworker delivers trauma-informed, client-centered services to recently arrived refugees and qualified immigrants, helping them meet immediate needs and progress toward self-sufficiency. The role involves coordinating pre- and post-arrival supports, developing individualized service plans, and connecting clients with financial, medical, social, vocational, and community resources. The position operates within the IRC's humanitarian programs and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure access to necessary services.
