Caseworker

The Caseworker provides ongoing case management and advocacy services for youth within the Close to Home Programs division, coordinating with families, schools, courts, and other service providers. The role involves maintaining client contacts, preparing reports, assisting with discharge planning, and advocating for educational and supportive services, with a focus on culturally responsive, child‑centered care.
