Cash Application Specialist

This role involves managing the end-to-end cash application process, including accurately processing daily customer payments from various sources such as checks, lockbox, ACH/EFTs, and credit cards. The specialist will investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts while ensuring customer accounts are accurate through thorough reconciliation. Additionally, the position requires posting cash receipts and maintaining detailed records of customer accounts, collections, and payment histories.
